MARC took the initiative, with the assistance and guidance of the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA), back in May 2023 to be one of the first accredited organizations concerned with providing certified reference materials (CRMs) for various interested fields, especially pharmaceutical companies and research bodies, to reduce the dependence on importing foreign reference materials.
