Bioscience Research Laboratories

Molecular Biology Unit

The unit was established to meet the requirements of researchers who needed to sequence various genetic materials. It offers a variety of services, including targeted sequencing and full exome sequencing. This unit contains a separate PCR master mix area, Pre-PCR lab, and PCR and Post-PCR lab to avoid contamination of the final product. Key Laboratory Equipment - Veriti™ Thermal Cycler - NuGenius Gel Documentation System - QuantStudio™ 5 Real-Time PCR System - Trans-Blot® Turbo™ Transfer System - Bio-Rad electrophoresis system
Bioscience Research Laboratories

Biorepository unit

A project-based biobank established to support clinical research by managing biological samples (collection, processing, storage, and release) using high-quality tools. The unit is equipped to support large-scale studies and is not restricted to one therapeutic area. Key Laboratory Equipment - NanoDrop™ OneC spectrophotometer - Bead Ruptor EliteTM Bead Mill Homogenizer - Locator Jr. PLUS LN2 Storage vessels With nitrogen level monitor - Maxisafe 2030i Biosafety Cabinet
Bioscience Research Laboratories

Bioinformatics Unit

Our state-of-the-art NGS lab allows us to perform in-house analysis, giving us complete control over the quality of our work. Whether you seek NGS services, bespoke workflows, tools, or scripts, our team has the expertise to help you achieve your goals.
Bioequivalence Center

Bioequivalence Studies

MARC-BE center is licensed by the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) and conducts bioequivalence studies with in-house scientific and regulatory expertise. MARC-BE carries out all study processes, from study design and protocol writing to the final study report issuance, focusing on compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
Bioscience Research Laboratories

Immunology Unit

As its name suggests, the immunology unit studies the immune system and its response to disease. The unit's highly equipped lab allows it to conduct cutting-edge research in immuno-oncology, infectious illnesses, drug safety, and therapy response. Key Laboratory Equipment - Agilent BioTek ELx808 Absorbance Microplate Reader - Agilent BioTek 50 TS Microplate Washer - Beckman Coulter CytoFLEX Flow Cytometer - Leica DM500 Binocular Microscope
Bioscience Research Laboratories

Nanotechnology Unit

The Nanotechnology Unit was established to develop fully characterized nanomaterials that can be used by research and industry sectors. These nanomaterials are synthesized through research and development plans to cover a wide range of materials, including proteins, lipids, metals, metal oxides, and polymers.
